Please join us at the Celebrity Chef Kitchen at NATPE 2010. This year we are "Celebrating Reality Food T.V." featuring top celebrity chefs in segments such as TOP CHEF - Quickfire Challenge and IRON CHEF, where industry executives are paired with celebrity chefs in each competition. We will also be showcasing top Las Vegas chefs.

Happy Hour Cocktail Competitions and Blind Wine Tastings will be a fun way for attendees to end the day at our Meet and Greet from 4:00- 6:00 p.m. at the Celebrity Chef Kitchen.

Paul Bartolotta Paul Bartolotta is the two-time James Beard Award-winning chef at the helm of Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare at Wynn Las Vegas, where he has garnered acclaim for his refined Italian preparations of freshly made pastas and seafood flown in daily from the Mediterranean. His eponymous restaurant received the AAA Four-Diamond award in 2007 and 2008 and was nominated in the “Best New Restaurant” category by the James Beard Foundation in 2006.
Richard Blais, recipient of Gayot Guide’s ‘Top Five Rising Chefs of 2005,’ appeared on BRAVO’s ‘Top Chef’ and ‘Top Chef Masters’ and on the Food Network’s ‘Iron Chef America’ and ‘Food Detectives’. Owner of Blais and Flip.

Carlos Guia is the executive chef of The Country Club Grill, A New American Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas, where he brings a vibrant touch to the modern American steakhouse with a menu that seamlessly blends comfort with innovation.
Brian Malarkey, award winning executive chef, appeared on Bravo's Top Chef, and host of "The Remix" on BRAVOTV.com.
Charlie Palmer, master Chef and hospitality entrepreneur overseeing more than 13 notable restaurants, including Aureole, food forward, wine shops and award-winning boutique hotels.
Patricia Richards, Mixologist for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Patricia Richards oversees the creation of specialty cocktails for the resorts’ food and beverage outlets. Richards took on the position in 2007 and has made a name for herself as the first female in Las Vegas to run a program of comparable size.
Kerry Simon, winner of Iron Chef America, partner in multiple successful restaurant ventures in Los Angeles and Las Vegas including SIMON LA and Cathouse at the Luxor.
Curtis Stone, can currently be seen on NBC’s hit series “The Biggest Loser” as the specialist chef teaching the contestants how to make good nutritional choices and prepare healthy meals. An Australia native, he is a regular contributor on America’s most popular morning program NBC’s “The Today Show”.

Jet Tila is the rising star and expert in Asian cuisine at the helm of Wazuzu at Encore, the new signature resort in the Wynn collection, where he serves a creative menu inspired by the cuisines of Thailand, China and Japan. Tila was previously a sought-after private chef in his native Los Angeles and also was cited in the Guiness Book of World Records for preparing the world's largest stir-fry.
Gary Vaynerchuk is a wine and marketing expert and the star of Wine Library TV.
David Walzog brings an innovative approach for inspired American cuisine to SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas, the resort’s AAA Four-Diamond award-winning signature steakhouse.
